ALL MEAT PIZZA


Ingredients:

1 pc store bought 10-inch pizza crust
1/4 cup (60 g) PUREFOODS FOODSERVICE MARINARA SAUCE
64 grams MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated (1/2 cup)
1 pc (60 g) PUREFOODS HONEYCURED THICK CUT BACON, sliced
1 tbsp (15 g) PUREFOODS FOODSERVICE BEEF TOPPINGS
1 tbsp (15 g) PUREFOODS FOODSERVICE ITALIAN SAUSAGE TOPPINGS
8 pc (15 g) PUREFOODS FOODSERVICE PEPPERONI
10 grams black olives, sliced (1 tbsp)
10 grams red and green bell peppers, sliced (5 strips)
12 grams button mushrooms, sliced (1 tbsp)

Procedure:

1. On pizza crust, spread pizza sauce evenly.
2. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Top with bacon, beef toppings, Italian sausage, pepperoni, olives, bell peppers and mushrooms.
4. Bake in a preheated oven set to 190oC (375°F) for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and crust turns golden brown.
 
Makes 8 servings.
Yield: 1 pc (10-inch)/ 1 slice per serving
