ADOBO SAUCE GARLIC RICE


Ingredients:

GARLIC RICE:

1/2 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
1/4 cup coarsely chopped garlic
1 pc chicken bouillon cube
6 cups cooked rice

GARNISHING:

fried garlic
boiled and peeled quail eggs
chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. Heat margarine in a wok. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Crumble chicken cube and add to mixture.
  3. Add rice and blend well. Season with pepper.
  4. Pour adobo sauce and mix well.
  5. Garnish and serve with fried garlic, quail eggs and green onions.
Makes 6 servings.
