ADOBO PIZZA


Ingredients:

1 pc 12-inch pizza crust
1/2 cup (112 g) sweet style pizza sauce
1/3 cup (42 g) MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1/3 cup (80 g) leftover pork adobo, cubed
1/2 cup (125 g) kesong puti, cubed
1 pc (40 g) tomato, chopped
1 pc (50 g) MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, hard-boiled then cut into 8
2 tbsp (28 g) toasted garlic

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 550°F.
2. On pizza crust, evenly spread pizza sauce, top with cheese and arrange the toppings, except garlic.
3. Bake for 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle garlic before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
