ADOBO FLAKES


Ingredients:

1 Recipe Classic Adobo
cooking oil, for deep-frying

Procedure:

  1. Drain cooked adobo.
  2. Debone and flake meat.
  3. Heat oil in a deep fryer. Deep fry flaked adobo meat until crisp.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Makes 4 servings.
