2-LAYERED PULLED PORK BBQ DIP


Ingredients:

1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS PULLED PORK BBQ PINOY STYLE
1/2 pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1 (40 g) pc tomato, diced
1 (40 g) pc red onions, diced
1 tbsp chopped cilantro (wansoy)

Procedure:

  1. In a round container, place pulled pork and spread evenly. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer and add the cheese. Mix until it melts.
  3. Place cheese sauce on top of pulled pork. Top with tomato, onion, and cilantro.
  4. Serve with nacho chips.

Makes 6 servings.
