No need to whip up fancy meals as you can use any ingredient in the pantry to spruce up your bento. Fill your bentos with a variety of fruit and vegetables, as well as meat and rice, so your kids are sure to eat healthy and eat more while at school. Rice Wrap Bento Begin by sautéing 1/2 cup of chopped onions and garlic, before adding 1 cup sliced Purefoods TJ Classic Hotdog, sliced pineapples, and chopped spring onions, cooking it for 2 minutes. Add in 3 cups of cooked rice, tossing everything together before letting it cool. Spoon half of the fried rice at the center of a flour tortilla, and wrap it tightly. Do the same with the remaining rice. Arrange the rice wraps vertically on a bed of lettuce inside a bento with some Magnolia Jelly Ace. 4. Bird’s Nest Pasta Bento Prepare spaghetti with 200g of cooked pasta and two 380g cans of Purefoods Meaty Spaghetti Sauce to make 3 servings. Arrange the spaghetti noodles in the container like a bird’s nest over a bed of lettuce. Place boiled and peeled quail eggs on top, decorated with sesame seeds as eyes and triangular cuts of carrots as beaks. Serve it with a hotdog sandwich made with Purefoods TJ Cocktail Hotdog. 5. Beef, Cheese and Mushroom Quesedilla Bento Caramelize 1/2 cup of onions in pan, then sauté with 1 cup of sliced button mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes with 350 grams of Monterey Ground Beef, adding salt and pepper to taste. Place 1/2 cup of the beef mixture onto a flour tortilla, adding grated Magnolia Quickmelt Cheese before topping it with another tortilla. Cook the quesadilla for a minute on each side, or until the cheese melts. Slice into triangles, and lay over lettuce leaves in a bento box. Serve with grapes on the side.
