VIENNA SIOMAI


Ingredients:

1 pc sliced bread, sides removed then cut into cubes.
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chopped singkamas, juice squeezed out
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 pc pork bouillon cube
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup MONTEREY GROUND PORK
1 (230 g) can PUREFOODS VIENNA SAUSAGE, diced
30 pc round wonton wrappers

Procedure:

  1. Soak bread cubes in sesame oil and milk, add all the other ingredients except wonton wrappers. Mix well.
  2. Place every tablespoon of filling on each piece of wonton wrapper. Push edges of wrapper toward the filling to secure.
  3. Steam for 10 minutes. Serve hot with soy sauce and calamansi dip.
Makes 30 pieces.
