VEEGA MEAT-FREE BURGERS WITH BLEU CHEESE AND CARAMELIZED ONIONS


Ingredients:

2 (200 g each) packs VEEGA MEAT-FREE BURGER PATTY, cooked according to package directions
4 pc burger buns
1/4 cup bleu or gorgonzola cheese

Caramelized Onions

1/4 kg onions, sliced thinly
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

Procedure:

  1. In a heated pan, add onions in butter. Cook slowly while stirring continuously but gently for 30 minutes until caramelized Set aside.
  2. Assemble meat-free patties on half buns and top with 1 tbsp cheese and 2 tbsp caramelized onions. Cover with remaining buns to make a sandwich.

Makes 4 servings

(Yield: 4 burgers/1 pc per serving)
