TRICK OR TREAT POTS


Ingredients:

1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG COCKTAIL, make criss-cross incisions
2-1/4 cups cooking oil for pan-frying
2 (240 g) packs PUREFOODS CRISP 'N JUICY DRUMMETS
12-15 pc colored straws or barbecue sticks

Procedure:

  1. Pan-fry hotdogs in 1/4 cup oil until cherry red in color and when its incisions start to puff up. Set aside.
  2. Deep-fry drummets in 2 cups hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Using barbecue sticks or long plastic colored straws, skewer the drummets and hotdogs and place in Halloween serving ware.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
