TOMATO CREAM AND SHRIMPS PASTA


Ingredients:

3 tbsp DARI CREME CLASSIC
5 cloves garlic, sliced
200 grams shrimps, peeled
1 (28 g) pack tomato paste
1 can crushed tomatoes
1-1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 kg cooked fettuccine
1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE MILKY WHITE, cut into small cubes

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and sauté until pink in color for 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes until sauce has reduced by 1/4. Season with salt and pepper. Off heat, add cream.
  2. Toss in cooked spaghetti. Fold in half of cheese and top the remaining.
