SZECHWAN NOODLES


Ingredients:

1/2 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
2 packs (220 g each) PUREFOODS BEEF TAPA
2 cloves garlic, minced (2 tsp)
1 thumb (12 g) ginger, minced (2 tbsp)
1/2 cup (65 g) peanuts, chopped
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
4 cups water
2 pack (170 g) egg noodles
1 pc red chili pepper, chopped
1 stalk (5 g) green onion, chopped (1 tbsp)

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a wok. Stir-fry beef tapa strips until cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Using the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, peanuts and chili garlic sauce. Pour water and let boil. Add noodles and cook, stirring occasionally until tender.
  3. Remove from heat then transfer to a platter. Top with cooked beef strips, chili pepper and spring onions.
Makes 6-7 servings
Yield: 20 pcs meat, 7-1/12 cups noodles
