SWEET SPICY GAMBAS


Ingredients:

1/2 kg medium-sized shrimps, peeled and deveined
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
4 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1 head garlic, crushed
3 pc finger chilies, chopped
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Procedure:

  1. Season shrimps with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté shrimps in 3 tablespoons of butter for 1 minute.
  3. Combine remaining butter, garlic and chilli fingers in the same pan, and cook until garlic is slightly browned. Mix in catsup.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
