STRAWBERRY MUGCAKE

Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS, prepared according to package directions
1 tbsp STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Procedure:

  1. Brush mug with margarine. Pour 1/4 cup pancake mixture. Add a tablespoon of strawberry jam. Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes. Unmold onto plate. Dust with powdered sugar.
Makes 4 serving.
