SPICY FRIED CHICKEN IN STICKY ORIENTAL SAUCE


Ingredients:

1 (550 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS SPICY FRIED CHICKEN, cooked according to package directions
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Oriental Sauce:

1 (8 g) thumb ginger, grated
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, combine sauce ingredients and simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Toss in chicken until well coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.

Makes 5 servings.
(Yield: 5 pc chicken & 1/2 cup sauce/1 pc chicken & 2 tbsp sauce per serving)
