SPICY ASIAN-STYLE MEAT-FREE GINILING


Ingredients:

1/4 cup COOKBEST COCONUT OIL
3 cloves garlic, finely crushed
1 pc bird’s eye chili peppers (siling labuyo), chopped
1 (200 g) pack VEEGA MEAT-FREE GINILING
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp chopped green onions

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and chili for 1 minute. Add meat-free giniling and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Add sugar, oyster sauce, and water. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Top with green onions.

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield: 3 cups/1/2 cup per serving)
