SPAM AND EGGPLANT RICE
|| MAGNOLIA PURE OIL

|| eggplant, sliced
|1 (50 g)
|| onion, chopped
|1 (350 g)
|| PUREFOODS CHINESE LUNCHEON MEAT, cubed
|| white rice
|| chicken bouillon cube, diluted in 1 liter of water
|| MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
Makes 6 servings.
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté eggplant, onion, and luncheon meat.
- Put rice and continue to cook for 3 minutes until lightly dry.
- Add chicken stock bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until cook.
- Add egg on top and cook covered for another minute.
