SMORE’S ICE CREAM PARFAIT


Ingredients:

15 pc graham crackers
12 pc large marshmallows
12 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC CHOCOLATE
3/4 cup chocolate sauce

Procedure:

  1. Divide 6 pieces of graham crackers into two squares each. Set aside.
  2. Place 1 piece of marshmallow each on 6 squares. Place in a toaster oven for 3 minutes or until top has browned. Place another square of cracker on each toasted marshmallow. Lightly press down. Set aside.
  3. Crush the remaining graham crackers coarsely. Set aside.
  4. In a tall glass or cup, place 1 scoop of ice cream, 1 tbsp of graham crackers, and 1 tbsp of chocolate sauce. Repeat and place 2 s’mores on top. 

Makes 6 servings
