SALTED EGG CHICKEN DRUMMETS SANDWICH


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1 pc salted egg, use egg yolk only
1/8 tsp ginger powder
1 (240g) pack PUREFOODS CRISP N JUICY CHICKEN DRUMMETS, cooked according to package directions
3 pc burger buns, toasted
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce or choice of greens

Procedure:

  1. Combine cream, salted egg yolk and ginger powder in a small pan. Simmer for a minute.
  2. Coat cooked chicken drummets with egg yolk mixture.
  3. Spread the bottom half of each bun with mayonnaise. Place lettuce and 2 pieces salted egg coated chicken drummets. Cover sandwich with top half of the bun.
