RAINBOW POPS


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
2/3 cup water
1 (12 pc) pack MAGNOLIA JELLYACE FRUITEEZ ASSORTED
1/2 cup candy sprinkles

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cookie molds. Set aside.
  2. Combine pancake mix and flour in a bowl. Add egg and water. Mix well and make sure no lumps are formed.
  3. Pour batter into molds (about 3/4 full). Arrange popsicle sticks in place to hold cookie when baking.
  4. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on wire racks.
  5. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt jelly ace. Cool slightly. Dip cooled cookies into jellyace to coat (double dip to thicken gelatin layer). Sprinkle candy sprinkles on gelatin immediately before it sets.

Makes 9-12 pieces.
