QUEK-DOG SKEWERS


Ingredients:

12 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS COCKTAIL, each sliced into 2
24 pc quail eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup leftover or store-bought adobo sauce
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 cup crushed chicharon

Procedure:

  1. Insert a piece of hotdog and quail egg in bamboo skewer.
  2. Cook quek-dog skewers in a lightly-oiled grill pan until done and slightly charred. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine adobo sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well and place in a squeeze bottle.
  4. To serve, place skewers on a serving plate. Drizzle with adobo-mayo sauce and top with chicharon.
Makes 24 skewers.
