PUTO CARAMBA


Ingredients:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 cup kalabasa strips
1 cup small shrimps
1 cup pinipig
1 pc onion, sliced
3 cups cooking oil for deep-frying

Procedure:

  1. Mix flour, cornstarch and water to make a batter. Add remaining ingredients except oil. Mix well.
  2. Deep-fry mixture by round spoonfuls into hot oil until golden brown in color.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
