PUREFOODS TOMATO CORNED BEEF SANDWICH BY CHEF REGGIE ASPIRAS


Ingredients:

8 pc sliced white bread
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
4 pc onions, sliced
4 pc tomatoes, sliced
4 pc lettuce leaves

Celery-Mustard Mayo

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chili sauce
1 tbsp chopped red onion
2 tsp chopped celery
1 tsp parsley
2 tsp mustard
1-1/2 tsp sugar

Procedure:

  1.  Brush bread with olive oil on both sides and toast until golden brown.
  2.  Heat oil and add butter. Sauté corned beef, onions and tomatoes.
  3. Combine Celery Mustard Mayo ingredients. Mix well. Set aside.
  4. Brush one side of the bread with mayo. Add a piece of lettuce leaf then top with corned beef.

Makes 4 servings.
