PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM WITH TROPICAL GLAZE


Ingredients:

sugar for dredging
1 whole PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, thawed

GLAZE:

1 cup sugar
1 cup guyabano juice
1 cup mango juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER
pineapple chunks

Procedure:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat ham surface with sugar. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until sugar has caramelized. While baking, brush occasionally with prepared glaze.
  3. Glaze: Melt sugar in a saucepan. When sugar has dissolved, add fruit juices. Cook over moderate heat until mixture has thickened. Stir in butter and pineapple chunks and remove from heat. Serve with ham.
