Purefoods Fiesta Ham In Beer & Honey Sauce


  1. Caramelize carrots, celery, leeks and butter until vegetables are tender and limp. Add ham and sauté with vegetable *mirepoix.
  2. Add beer and enough stock to cover ham. Add honey. Simmer until vegetables have broken down into a sauce.
    Finish with parsley, cloves, salt and pepper.
  3. Add slurry to bind sauce all together.
