PUREFOODS CRISPY CORNED BEEF PIZZA BY CHEF REGGIE ASPIRAS


Ingredients:

1 pc French bread, slice 1/2 inch thick
1 cup grated MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 pc white onion, thinly sliced
1 stalk green onion, finely chopped

Crispy Corned Beef Flakes

1 cup cooking oil
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF

Pizza Sauce

1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup pickle relish
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp chopped red onion
2 tsp chopped celery
1 tsp snipped parsley
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tsp mustard
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:

 
  1. Heat up oil in skillet. Add corned beef and fry until golden / red. Drain on paper towels. Flake to separate. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients. 
Other Pizza Components:
French bread, sliced (1/2” thick)
Cheddar cheese; tomatoes,
Sliced; onions, thinly sliced;
Green onions, finely chopped
Pizza Assembly:
1. Brush pizza crust with pizza sauce. Top with cheese.
2. Lay out tomatoes and onions.
3. Cook in oven toaster until cheese melts.
4. Remove from oven and top with crisp corned beef flakes.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions.
