PORK SINIGANG RICE POT


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 kg MONTEREY PORK LIEMPO, sliced
1 (50 g) pc onion, chopped
2 (80 g) pc tomatoes, quartered
2 cups uncooked rice
1 (20 g) pack sinigang mix
1 liter water
1 (50 g) bundle kangkong, use tender leaves and tender stalks sliced

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pot and add pork, onion, and tomato.
  2. Put rice and continue to cook for 3 minutes until lightly dry.
  3. Add sinigang mix and water bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Add kangkong and cook for another minute. Mix lightly.

Makes 6 servings.
