Pork And Shrimp Siomai

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except molo wrapper. Mix well.
  2. Place about 1 teaspoon of the mixture at the center of each molo wrapper. Form into dumplings.
  3. Transfer to steamer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with soy sauce and calamansi juice.

Makes 10 servings.
