PARMESAN CRUSTED TILAPIA


Ingredients:

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
2 tbsp melted MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
4 pc tilapia fillets (2 large tilapia)
1 pc lemon, cut into wedges

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley and salt. Set aside.
  3. Drizzle tilapia with melted butter then dredge into cheese mixture, pressing slightly.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the thickest part is opaque. Serve with lemon wedges.
Makes 4 servings.
