PANCIT MOLO


Ingredients:

Molo

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION GROUND CHICKEN
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 (20 pc) pack wonton wrappers

Soup

2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
1/4 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLET, cubed
4 (16 cups) L chicken stock
1 tbsp patis
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fried garlic

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine molo ingredients except wonton wrappers. Mix well.
  2. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Set aside.
  3. In a pot, melt margarine and sauté chicken. Add chicken stock and let simmer. Add dumplings one at a time and season with patis. Bring to a boil and beat in the 2 remaining eggs.
  4. Remove from heat once dumplings float to the surface. Garnish with green onions and garlic.

Makes 16 servings
