Pancit Molo

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl combine chicken, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, 1piece egg and flour. Mix well. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture at the center of each molo wrapper. Form into dumplings.
  2. In a pot. melt margarine and saute chicken. Add chicken and let simmer. Add dumplings one at a time and season with patis. Bring to a boil and beat in the 2 remaining eggs.
  3. Remove from heat once dumplings float to the surface. Garnish with green onions and garlic.
