PANCIT HAMONADO


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (50g) pc onion, sliced
3 pc PUREFOODS LONGGANISA HAMONADO, precooked and sliced
1 (50g) pc carrot, sliced
2-1/2 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup soy sauce
250 grams pancit canton noodles
1 (200g) pc Chinese cabbage, sliced

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in wok, stir fry onion, longganisa, and carrot.
  2. Add chicken stock, soy sauce and let simmer. Add noodles and cook until softened. Mix in cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
Makes 4 servings Yield: 2 cups
