OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

- Grease a cookie sheet. Set aside. Cream margarine until light in color. Add white and brown sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Set aside.
- Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Add to the margarine mixture. Fold in
oatmeal and raisins. Mix well until blended. Chill for 3 hours.
- Shape chilled batter into 1″ balls and place in prepared pans. Bake in a preheated oven set at 350°F for 8 – 10 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool.
Makes 36 pieces.
