Oatmeal Raisin Cookies


  1. Grease a cookie sheet. Set aside. Cream margarine until light in color. Add white and brown sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Set aside.
  2. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Add to the margarine mixture. Fold in
    oatmeal and raisins. Mix well until blended. Chill for 3 hours.
  3. Shape chilled batter into 1″ balls and place in prepared pans. Bake in a preheated oven set at 350°F for 8 – 10 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool.

Makes 36 pieces.
