MY CHEEZEE ARMY NAVY

Ingredients:

3 pc sliced bread, edges removed
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE PIMIENTO
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
3 strips PUREFOODS CLASSIC BACON HONEYCURED, fried crisp
2 pc PUREFOODS COOKED HAM
1 tsp chopped parsley

Procedure:

  1. Arrange bread slices on a plate or chopping board (bread may be toasted if you wish). Set aside.
  2. Heat oil over low heat. Cook egg and set aside when done.
  3. Place Cheezee in a saucepan and let simmer. Slowly add milk and blend well. Set aside but keep warm.
  4. To assemble, fold cooked egg to form a square and place on one slice of bread. Top with bacon strips and cover with second slice of bread. Place ham slices and cover with the third slice of bread.
  5. Transfer sandwich to a serving plate and pour cheese mixture on the sandwich. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Makes 1 serving.
