MULTIGRAIN WHEAT BREAD


Ingredients:

6 cups Emperor Hard Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Golden Wheat Whole Wheat Flour - Coarse
1 tbsp multigrain
2-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp shortening
1 tbsp EMPEROR’S BEST INSTANT YEAST
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp BAKE BEST BREAD IMPROVER

Procedure:

  1. Combine and blend Emperor Hard Wheat Flour, Golden Wheat Whole Wheat Flour – Coarse, multigrain, instant yeast, salt and bread improver.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine water, and honey. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add into flour mixture. Mix for 2 minutes.
  4. Add shortening and Magnolia Cream Cheese and mix until fully developed.
  5. Divide dough into 300-gram pieces.
  6. Round the dough and roll in extra flour. Place on greased baking sheets.
  7. Score surface of dough as desired.
  8. Proof for about 2 hours or until double in size.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes or until done.
Makes 5 loaves.
