MONSTER CAKE POPS


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS!
1 pack (500 g) MAGNOLIA FUDGE BROWNIE MIX, mixed according to package directions
2 pack (200 g) coarse desiccated coconut
4 drops food colors, yellow, black and green
1/2 cup light syrup
20 pc store-bought sugar eye toppers
20 pc lollipop stick

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a mini muffin pan with butter blend. Set aside.
  2. Fill each muffin pan 3/4 full of batter. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until done. Form cake into balls and place a lollipop stick. Set aside.
  3. Divide desiccated coconut into 3 portions and dye each portion with food color. Set aside.
  4. Brush cake pops with syrup and dip into colored desiccated coconut. Decorate with sugar eyeballs. Let it dry until ready to serve.

Makes 20 servings.
