MEATY EMERALD RICE

Ingredients:

1/3	cup	DARI CREME CLASSIC
1	pc	chicken bouillon cube
2	strips	PUREFOODS BACON HONEYCURED, cut into 1/2 inch strips
4	pc	PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, diced
2	pc	PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG CLASSIC, sliced into thin rings
1	cup	frozen green peas, blanched then pureed or mashed
6	cups	cooked rice
1	tsp	iodized fine salt

Procedure:

Melt margarine in pan. Add chicken cube, bacon, ham and hotdogs. Sauté for 2 minutes then add peas.
Add rice and cook for 3 minutes while mixing rice mixture well. Season with salt. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings. (Yield: 6 cups/1 cup per serving)
