MEATY CHICKEN AGLIO OLIO


Ingredients:

1 pack (400 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS LONGANISA
3/4 cup olive oil
2 heads (104 g) garlic, minced
1-1/2 tbsp chili pepper flakes
50 grams fresh basil leaves, chopped or 2 tsp ground basil
1/2 kg spaghetti pasta, cooked according to package direction
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated

Procedure:

  1. In a nonstick pan, crumble longanisa and saute in its own fat over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, and basil and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Toss in pasta and cheese. Mix well.

Makes 9 servings.

Tip/s:

  • Garnish with toasted garlic and fried basil leaves.
