LUNCHEON MEAT - CHEESE STICKS


Ingredients:

1 (165 g) can PUREFOODS CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT, cut into 1/4" sticks
100 g MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, cut into 1/4" sticks
1 pack lumpia wrappers
cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Place a piece of luncheon meat and cheese in the center of each lumpia wrapper.
  2. Roll and seal sides.
  3. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients
  4. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels before serving. Serve

Makes 6 servings

Yield: 20 pieces
