LECHON MANOK


Ingredients:

1 whole MAGNOLIA FRESH CHICKEN
2 tbsp white wine
1 dash dayap, juice extracted
1 tbsp dayap rind
3 pandan leaves
1 bunch kinchay leaves
dash of salt and pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 can PUREFOODS LIVER SPREAD
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper

Procedure:

  1. Saute garlic until golden. Add onion until translucent. Combine liver spread, water, bread crumbs, vinegar and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
