KOREAN CHICKEN RICE


Ingredients:

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION KOREAN CHICKEN, cut into cubes
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup green bell pepper strips
1/4 cup red bell pepper strips
3 cups togue
1 pc chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
5 cups cooked rice

*chicken stock: dissolve bouillon cube in water or boil chicken bones

Procedure:

  1. In a wok, heat oil and sesame oil. Sauté onions and garlic.
  2.  Once cooked, add chicken, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Stir in bell peppers, togue and chicken stock.
  3. Add rice to the mixture and mix well. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Makes 3 servings.
