Ingredients:

1 (425g) pack PUREFOODS HEAT & EAT LECHON KAWALI, cooked according to package directions then sliced
2 cups store-bought donburi sauce or tonkatsu sauce
1 (120g) pc onion sliced
1 (75g) pc onion leeks, sliced
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
4 cups cooked rice

Procedure:

  1. Heat donburi sauce in a sauté pan. Add onion and leeks. Add beaten eggs and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Portion rice in 5 bowls and top pork slices. Pour sauce on top.
Makes 4 servings.
