KANI ROLLS WITH JAPANESE GARLIC DIP


Ingredients:

12 pc kani rolls
4 (200 g) stalks celery sticks, cut into 12 pieces
6 pc wheat bread slices, flattened and cut in half
12 (2.5 g) pc nori strips (1”x4”)

Garlic Dip

1/2 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 (3.2 g) tbsp Japanese rice seasoning (furikake)
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE

Procedure:

  1. Assemble the rolls by placing a piece of kani and celery stick at the bottom center of the bread. Roll tightly with nori strip and store in the fridge until needed.
  2. Make the dip by melting margarine in a small saucepan and adding the garlic powder and furikake. Mix well with mayonnaise. Serve rolls cold or toasted for 5 minutes with warm dip.
