HONEY TIKKA MASALA QUESADILLA


Ingredients:

2 packs MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST FILLET, cut into cubes
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 (80 g) pack store-bought tandoori paste
2 tsp garam masala*
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 (90 g) pack plain yogurt
3 pc large flour tortillas
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
1/4 cup honey

Procedure:

  1. Marinate chicken in salt, tandoori paste, and garam masala for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a pan with hot oil, sauté chicken until fully cooked. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Add yogurt and simmer for an additional minute. Set aside.
  3. Heat a pan and toast one side of tortilla for 30 seconds. Flip and add 1/3 of chicken mixture on one side of the tortilla. Top with cheezee squeeze then fold in half. Repeat procedure for the rest of the ingredients. Slice each quesadilla into four and drizzle with honey before serving.
  4. Cook until cheese has melted.

Makes 6 servings   Yield: 2-1/2 cups filling/ 3 large quesadillas/2 pc per serving
