HAM WITH COFFEE APPLE CHUTNEY


Ingredients:

1 kg PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM

Sauce

1 (100 g) pc red apple, skin on and diced
1 (100 g) pc green apple, skin on and diced
2 cups water
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (or 2 pc cinnamon bark)
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 (25 g each) pc ESSENSO™ MicroGround Coffee
2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 cup water

Procedure:

  1. Combine all the ingredients for sauce in a sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil and mix continuously until thick. Set aside. Let cool.
  3. Pour sauce on top of the ham or serve on the side.

Makes 10 servings.
