GRILLED FISH WITH BBQ SAUCE


Ingredients:

1 kg fish fillets or fish steaks (lapu-lapu, tanigue, blue marlin or salmon), washed and cleaned

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 (100 g) bar DARI CRÉME CLASSIC, melted
2 cups soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
8 (104 g) pc calamansi, juice squeezed (1/4 cup)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce

Procedure:

  1. Combine half of the melted margarine, soy sauce, brown sugar, calamansi juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and oyster sauce in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Grill fish over hot coals or pan-grill. Brush mixture on fish while grilling. Brush with remaining melted margarine just before serving. Serve hot.

Makes 8 servings.
