GRAVEL AND SAND

Ingredients:

2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup sugar
2 cups coarsely chopped choco cookies
1 cup STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC

Procedure:

  1. Toast flour in a wok until light brown over low heat. Remove from heat then add milk, sugar and cookies. Mix well. Add melted margarine.
  2. Use polvoron mold to shape.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes and wrap each polvoron in cellophane.
Makes 56 pieces.
