GOOEY CHOCO-BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM SANDWICH



Ingredients:

8 pc chocolate chip cookies
1 cup chocolate spread
4 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM BEST OF THE PHILIPPINES BUTTERSCOTCH
1/2 cup sprinkles/nuts

Procedure:

  1. Arrange 4 pieces of cookies on a tray.
  2. Apply chocolate spread on the flat surface of the cookies. Sandwich with another cookie then roll in sprinkles/nuts. Consume immediately.
