FUN TJ KEBABS

Ingredients:

1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG COCKTAIL
1 cup fun-shaped marshmallows
1 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve syrup)

Glaze

1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup reserved pineapple syrup

Procedure:

  1. Skewer hotdogs alternately with marshmallows and pineapple tidbits.
  2. Glaze: Combine ketchup and pineapple juice. Set aside.
  3. Grill hotdogs while continually basting with glaze. Continue to grill until cooked and marshmallows begin to melt. Serve.
Makes 8-10 servings.
