FUDGE ICE CREAM SANDWICH


Ingredients:

1 (160 g) box MAGNOLIA FAST & EASY BAKE BANANA CAKE, baked according to package directions
4 scoops MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA
1 cup melted white chocolate
1/4 cup chopped cashew

Procedure:

  1. Carefully remove fudge brownie from baking tray. Cut in half and put back the bottom part in the tray.
  2. Place ice cream in the tray, making sure it is flat and compressed. Top with remaining brownie layer and lightly press down. Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the brownie from the pan and cut into 6 squares.
  4. Dip half in chocolate and then in the chopped cashew.

Makes 3 servings
