FRIED CHICKEN EXPRESS


Ingredients:

1 (500 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS FRIED CHICKEN, cooked according to package directions
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 (50 g) pc white onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1-1/2 tbsp tbsp shrimp paste
1 (400 ml) can coconut milk
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 pc siling haba

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and shrimp paste.
  2. Add coconut milk. Bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add sili and chicken. Simmer for another 2 minutes.

Make 5 servings.
