FRESH GARDEN SALAD WITH HERB DRESSING


Ingredients:

1 pack (150 g) lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 cup (30 g) spinach leaves
1 pc (200 g) cucumber, thinly sliced
1 pc (75 g) carrot, thinly sliced

Dressing

1 pack (225 g) MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK, mixed with 1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup parsley leaves, loosely packed
1/2 cup dill sprigs, loosely packed
1 bundle (60 g) green onions, chopped
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. In a food processor or blender, blend cream cheese, milk mixture, parsley, dill and green onions until mixture becomes smooth. With motor running, add vinegar, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste and blend well until combined.
  2. Toss dressing together with the vegetables.

Makes 4 servings.
